1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astalias services — including astalias.net, app.astalias.net, oauth.astalias.net, and the Astalias SEO Tower Pro WordPress plugin — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Astalias provides the following services:

A SaaS platform (app.astalias.net) for managing WordPress SEO operations
An OAuth proxy server (oauth.astalias.net) for securely connecting Google and social media accounts to WordPress sites
The Astalias SEO Tower Pro WordPress plugin for on-site SEO management
API services for licence management and plugin updates

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services
One account per person or organization is permitted

4. Licence and Permitted Use

Subject to your active subscription plan, Astalias grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

Install and use the Astalias SEO Tower Pro plugin on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your plan
Access and use the features of the SaaS platform (app.astalias.net)
Use the OAuth proxy to connect third-party services

You may NOT:

Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your licence key to third parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from our software
Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
Exceed the site activation limits of your subscription plan
Attempt to bypass licence verification or security measures
Use our OAuth proxy for services not listed on our platform

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance unless otherwise stated
All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise indicated
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout

6. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided as-is with limited features and no guarantee of availability. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free plan at any time without prior notice.

7. Licence Key Usage

Each licence key may only be activated on the number of sites permitted by your plan
Licence keys are personal and non-transferable
Deactivating a site frees up one activation slot
Licence keys become inactive upon subscription expiry or account termination

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our services connect to third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. By using these integrations, you agree to the respective terms of service of those platforms. Astalias is not responsible for changes, limitations, or discontinuation of third-party APIs.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Astalias are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Astalias name, logo, and SEO Tower plugin code remain the exclusive property of Astalias. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASTALIAS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
The service will improve your search engine rankings
Any errors in the service will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Astalias’ total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astalias and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard at app.astalias.net/billing
Upon termination, your licence keys will be deactivated and access to the platform will cease
Sections 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astalias regarding your use of our services.
