Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-30 Version: 1.0.0
This document forms part of the Astalias global legal framework. Astalias is an international software and digital services platform and is not presented as being directed exclusively to any single country. Mandatory rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
1. Voluntary refund window
Unless a product page states otherwise, Astalias offers a voluntary refund request window of 0 days from the initial purchase date for eligible direct purchases made through Astalias.
2. How to request a refund
Contact astalias@astalias.net with the order email, order reference and a short description of the issue. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting information where the request concerns software functionality or compatibility.
3. Eligibility and abuse prevention
We may decline a voluntary refund where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchases and refunds intended to retain digital products without payment, material violation of the Terms, or a request outside the voluntary window. This does not limit mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Digital content and immediate delivery
Digital products are normally supplied immediately. In jurisdictions where commencing supply of digital content affects a statutory withdrawal right, checkout may request your prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the consequence for that withdrawal right. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected where applicable.
5. Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Refund eligibility for a subscription payment follows this Policy and any mandatory law. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, unused time in a billing period is not automatically prorated.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method where reasonably possible. The payment provider or bank controls when the credit becomes visible.
7. Mandatory rights
This Policy is a voluntary commercial policy and does not replace, waive or restrict consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
